Chelsea started practicing yoga in college after a friend told her that it could reduce her anxiety symptoms. Chelsea tried it and after a few weeks saw results! In 2015, Chelsea completed her 200 hour YTT through Santosha School of Yoga and in 2021, her 500 hour YTT through My Vinyasa Practice. Chelsea teaches a variety of styles, however, tends to teach more Hatha and Vinyasa styles. Chelsea has also completed a 40 hour trauma sensitive yoga training through the Trauma Center.
